It is specially formulatedd with 18 essential nutrients to help maintain optimum health, healthy ummune functon and to help improve energy levels in growing children. It provides more than double the Australian recommended dietary (RDI) intake of Vitamin C and 100% of the Australian RDI of Vitamins B1, B2, B6 and B12 for children from 2 to 11 years in just one tablet.
