What is Somac Heartburn Relief for:
- Frequent heartburn (more than twice a week)
- Acid related stomach complaints due to gastro-oesophageal reflux
InstructionsSuitable for adults 18 years of age and over. Not recommended for children and adolescents under 18 years of age.
Adults: Swallow 1 tablet whole with water with or without food. Do not crush or chew the tablet.
Take one tablet daily for at least 7 days and up to 14 days. Not intended for immediate relief. It may take a few days to achieve maximum results. Stop taking after 14 days except on medical advice.
WarningsStop using and see your doctor if:
- You are not feeling better or your symptoms worsen
- You need to take Somac Heartburn Relief for more than 14 days
Warnings:
- Use strictly as directed
- Prolonged use without medical supervision could be harmful
- Do not use if you have severe liver disease or cirrhosis
- Do not take if you are taking atazanavir (an anti-viral medication)
- Check with your doctor or pharmacist before taking if you are pregnant/breastfeeding or may become pregnant/wish to start breastfeeding
Caution:
- This preparation is for the relief of minor and temporary ailments and should be used strictly as directed
- If symptoms persist or recur within two weeks of completing the course, consult a doctor.
IngredientsEach enteric coated tablet contains pantoprazole 20mg (as sodium sesquihydrate).
Does not contain gluten, lactose, sucrose, tartrazine or other azo dyes.
