Optifast - Very Low Calorie Diets (VLCD's) should only be used where rapid weight loss is essential to health and wellbeing as recommended and supervised by medical professionals experienced in the use of modified fasting.

Milkshake - Strawberry

Smooth and delicious, this strawberry flavoured milkshake is new to the Optifast range. Nutritionally complete and high in fibre, it is the perfect option for a refreshing and tasty shake.

Each pack contains 8 x 54g sachets.

To use: Simply add one sachet of Optifast to 200mL of cold water. Stir, blend or shake the liquid until the contents of the sachet are fully dissolved. Do not use boiling water. Add more water if you would prefer a larger shake or a more diluted taste. The colder the water, the better the taste!? For those on the transition phase of Optifast (i.e. two serves of Optifast per day), you can enjoy a delicious and satisfying fruit smoothie, by adding one serve of fruit (e.g. 200g berries) and mixing in a blender.
