Faulding Remedies Epsom Salts.
Directions / Dosage
Dissolve 375g in an average size bath of warm water.
As a laxative:
Dissolve 5 to 15g (15g = 2 level teaspoons) in a glass of water, followed by another glass of water, preferably before breakfast.
Prolonged use of laxatives is undesirable and may lead to dependence.
Increase fibre in diet and drink plenty of water.
Indications
For the temporary relief of muscular aches and stiffness of joints.
Other uses for Epsom Salts: As a fertiliser, as a fabric softener.
Ingredients
Contains: 9.7% Magnesium (Mg) and 12.8% Sulfur (S) as sulfate.
Warnings
If constipation persists, seek medical advice.
NOTE: During hot weather or when left exposed, Epsom Salts loses some of the water responsible for its bright crystalline appearance and may acquire a white frosted appearance. This has no significant effect on its properties.
