DIRECTIONS:
Adults: Take 1–2 tablets with water three times daily, 30 minutes before meals or exercise. The maximum dosage is 6 tablets daily. Use in conjunction with a healthy, energy controlled diet and exercise program.
Not for the casual dieter FatBlaster Max™ should preferably be taken after a 12 week program of original FatBlaster.
CAUTIONS:
Contains 67.5mg caffeine per tablet. Vitamins can only be of assistance if the dietary vitamin intake is inadequate.
