Directions for use: Adults & children above 5 years

First 12 weeks: 6 capsules a day, 3 in the morning and 3 at night with food whilst the body is still replenishing its stores of fatty acids.

After 12 weeks: gradually reduce intake to 2 capsules a day on a maintenance basis. Intake can be increased at any time to meet individual needs.

Directions for use: Children below 5 years

First week: 1 capsule a day to see if the child can tolerate the oils.

Next 12 weeks: Increase dose to 3 capsules a day.

After 13 weeks: reduce dose to 1-2 capsules a day on a maintenance basis.
