Betadine Antiseptic Ointment is usedd for the treatment of common skin infections and prevention of infection in minor burns, cuts and abrasions.
Directions
Apply directly to the affected area two or three times daily. May be bandaged, in case of deep or puncture wounds, or serious burns consult a doctor.
Warnings
Do not use if hypersensitive to iodine. If irritation, redness or swelling develops discontinue treatment. Avoid application over large skin areas.
Povidone - Iodine 10% W/W Antiseptic ointment equivalent to 1%W/W available iodine.
